GritRx Return Policy

At GritRx, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction and take pride in providing quality products. We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary, so we’ve outlined our policy to ensure a seamless process for our valued customers.

Return Eligibility:

  1. Shirts: To be eligible for a return, shirts must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and free from any alterations or damage.
  2. Supplements: Supplements may be returned even if they have been opened and tried. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within the return window for a refund.

Return Window:

  • All shirt returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • All supplement returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at hey@gritrx.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed ASAP and a credit will be applied within 3 days to your original method of payment.

Exclusions:

  • Items not meeting the return conditions (e.g., worn or washed shirts) will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Clearance items and any items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
